Comfortable and great location

Comfortable space to have as a base in a fantastic location, minutes away from the main area. Nice to have laundry in room (but would be good to also have a drying rack for non tumble dry items). Kitchen facilities great, had everything we needed, and staff were very friendly. Felt like a safe spot with staffed entrance and key entry to the building.

Great stay, will be back

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage with reception as we arrived hours before our check in. We had a lovely corner room looking out over pike place. We had everything we needed in the room (fridge, sink, coffee, comfy bed, etc). There’s no vending machines or anything like that, but a convenience store very close by where we could grab water pop and snacks. Would stay again :)

Haunted?

The room was nice, only complaint was the near constant stomping from the room above us at all hours of the day and night. At checkout the clerk stated that room is haunted by a little boy. Would have been nice to sleep on vacation without constant interruption. A partial ghost refund would be fair.

Great location; nothing else.

The location is great due to its proximity to the Pike Place Market, the Westlake LINK light rail, and many bus routes stops. The lobby and elevator areas are worn down. The air-conditioning was a portable unit and there was the only 1 unit in the living/kitchenette area; no unit in the bedroom. Our room's bathtub had a really slow drain. If prime location is your priority and you don't plan on spending a considerable amount of time in the room, then this might be a choice to consider.

It all looks great until it is time to sleep.

The staff was awesome - friendly, caring helpful. Really good! However, the place was not. It was hard to find - no signage except for a placard on the sidewalk. No place to park to unload and load luggage. Tiny lobby. When I arrived there were a ton of bags right in front of the elevator. My room was fine until the night time. The mattress was concave down the middle, so not very comfortable. The window shades left about an inch or two opening. I was in room 105. The brightly lit red hotel sign was right next to one window. White lights glared into every other window. Too light. If I had not brought an eye mask I would not have been able to sleep at all! The plug by the bed for charging was inconvenient and the air conditioner was plugged in - so no access to the side tables. The street noise was loud although a lot was drowned out by the loud AC. Location is great and maybe other rooms are fine. I would never stay there again!

Perfect location.

Location was perfect. Easy access from the airport via Link and steps from Pike place market and waterfront, aquarium and many restaurants. Perfect location. The suite room we had was large with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer but the air conditioning was a single portable unit for the 2 rooms so it was not ideal. The view from our room was of walls of another close building , so if a view that matters, pick a room option with a city view. Even though it was non-smoking, there was residual old smoke odor lingering. Overall it was a good value for the location.

Disappointing

Asked about breakfast nearby at check in. Desk person had no clue. I think a place without options on site would be prepared for that question. Maybe even a list? Room was ok. Housekeeping did a poor job - room was dirty, no soap or shampoo in the bottles in the shower.

Hot Room !!

we got in late - the bedroom was at about 85 degrees. They had a room a/c which I turned on. Several hours later i woke up to find the room still hot. The next day I noticed the room a/c was not vented to the outside so cool air came out the top and hot air out the back. The girls at the front desk didn't seem to care.

Good Location but Uncomfortable Situation

Excellent location. Very cramped room with a terrible bed. There is barely any room to move. Small portable A/C unit. You need to open windows to get air and we saw a spider when we arrived so opening windows was not an option for us. They did provide two fans to help, otherwise sleeping would have been even worse than it was with that awful bed. I woke up with back pain every morning. This place is okay for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. No vending machines, but there is a mart two doors down. Just get your snacks and drinks before it closes. They had Disney+ so that was nice, especially when we hard a hard time getting to sleep between the temperature and bed situation.
