So close to the market you can smell the baled goods

You walk into a filthy tiny lobby to find luggage piled up everywhere and people clogging the lobby. Why? Because you can’t go to your room a minute before 4 p.m. without a $75 “early check in” fee. The only things this place has going for it is location. The cleanliness and maintenance are poor. I do not recommend until some changes are made with the management.

Security, good people, but seemed like gig workers. Non-tradional front desk that seems sort of dedicated at times. Entrance nit readily recognize able. Okay room, great location.

The convenience was so nice and the location gets an A+. The only thing I would have to add is that it was so incredibly hot in the room that we had to open all the windows and put their portable AC to where it would blow under the covers. Despite it being cold outside I was sweating the whole night.

Nice place close to the Pike Place Market. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Nearby parking was easy and the Staff was so exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. Special thanks to Nazra for being so friendly.and personable. There is an old world charm to this historic hotel but all the in room ammenities were up to date. could have easily stayed longer.

Property was amazing! Loved the one bedroom apartment layout. Made me feel like I was living in the city. The location is absolutely ideal. A one minute walk to Pike's Market and easy access (maybe 5-7 minute) walk to public transit to connect to SeaTac. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just as a heads up, some rooms have an interior, courtyard only view, but that didn't bother me at all. Would absolutely stay here again.

I arrived after my cruise prepared to spend time in the Market area. This was the only reason I booked this place. AFTER checking me in the so-called manager mentioned that the ONE elevator was not working. They offered to get my luggage to the 4th floor room. I told her she'd have to cancel the reservation because of disability issues that wouldn't allow me to climb four flights of stairs. She refused. She cited policy. I will be in touch with her corporate office AND the local, state, and federal agencies who exist to protect the rights of the disabled. STAY AWAY!!!

Location and staff were great after that everything fell short. Blinds broken and not effective, tv not working at times, bathroom missing hooks and shelf space and poor internet. The only elevator was broken for days (gave a heads up) and only repaired just before we arrived. We found out it was working upon arrival.

Elevator broken in hotel, so they couldn't offer early check in though it was requested. So after a 10 hour flight and arriving at 11 am, couldn't get a room and had to roam the streets until 4pm

The location was ideal! Close to Pikes Market and central to a lot of places that we wanted to explore. We pretty much just showed up to sleep and it was perfect for our needs. The space was small, but very efficient! Cute, updated and clean.
