Hotel Nichols is a not-so hidden gem of South Haven. Located in a prime area of downtown South Haven, it’s location is perfect for walking around town, and a short ride or nice walk to the beach. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a happy hour complete with wine, a local draft beer option and a large charcuterie spread. Nick, the owner, checked us in and made us feel right at home with his kind demeanor. We stayed in room 10. Our room was clean and inviting, with everything we could need. Although we were close to the lobby, we slept well. Breakfast in the morning was just icing on the cake. All food was made fresh, and we got to pick from a nice menu.
I highly recommend staying at Hotel Nichols if you can.
