No one was there to check in. i had to call them and ask them to come to the front desk. asked for poolside and settled on a room near the parking lot. Loud music one night until really late. went to check out at 7am and again no one there to check me out. bathroom door on the inside was filthy like a mechanics bathroom,really dirty! the rest of the room was clean thats about it b/c the pillows are really bad and huge not comfy at all basically a cheap pillow

This property is a "hidden gem". It is adjacent to Homasassa Springs Wildlife State Park with a lovely walking path directly into the park - no need to take your car. Also,the little restaurant, Gator Cove had excellent food. The property itself is aging, but the rooms were well maintained, with comfortable beds and the staff was very helpful.

This property was under construction, so not in the best shape. Room was ok, but door to bath worn, beds appeared new, but none of the other furniture which was in bad shape. Hallways and stairs with spotty paint and poor signage. Not the best time to stay there.

The hotel is really basic, but clean and a quiet safe place to crash. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Super friendly people and a great patio and pool area!

A non- smoking room should not smell like smoke . Car air freshener in the air conditioner isn't going to cover it up. This place gave us the impression of a extended stay hotel.

Never stay there again!

This location desperately needs refurbishing. We had three rooms and I see they are slowly doing some things. But overall, it is bad. My son's room had mold. They couldn't stay and it was to late for reimbursement :( I know my whole group agreed that we will never go back there again.

Staff was friendly. Had a first floor room right by pool area. Room/beds were comfortable but needed updating especially the bathroom (had seen better days). But to be fair it was a last minute booking and we got a room that had not yet been refurbished as we were told others in the hotel were. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Bar and restaurant were a nice plus. A little more attention to cleaning needed. State park with tram for Homosassa Springs State Park right behind hotel (walking bridge next to pool area.) Lots of restaurants and activities nearby.

Friendly checkin. Super soft uncomfortable bed. Bathroom and shower kind of scary. Only one night stay. I did like the adjoining bar/restaurant. Good food and prices. Definitely a local hang out, which is fine with me.

Horrible experience

It was so nasty the restroom smelled like urine ,there was hair all over the bathroom we found a roach in the restroom I would never book again . The room smelled so bad it was a no for us,no phone in the room !the guy in the front was supper nice .
