The front staff was not overly friendly upon our check-in, and not very helpful (we arrived a few hours before check-in). Had we not asked about the grounds, the young lady at the front desk wouldn't have provided a map. That being said, the grounds were beautiful and it was very convenient to have multiple different restaurant and bar options, along with the market and 2 coffee shops on site. Be advised that in the summer they do a concert series, the tickets are NOT included in the price of your stay, and you also are not able to get through to the market area if your room isn't already on that side of the property. Additionally, if you plan on using the pool, be aware that you can't save seats, as pool staff took people's property off of poolside chairs and put them in a "lost & found" area. With that said, the food at both restaurants we tried on site (Crush and Olive + Hay) was wonderful, and service at the bars and restaurants were prompt.
Having the ability to walk the vineyard was also a huge bonus, along with 2 gyms on site that were well stocked and maintained.
