Reception - great greeting! Staff provided cocoa leaf tea and asked how we were feeling (checking for altitude sickness). Elizabeth got us checked in swiftly and helped plan a walking tour of Cuzco with map from the Hotel. The rooms were gorgeous, (bathroom was great!!!). We had both dinner and breakfast on site! Food was fantastic and lightly spiced. Special mention to Mary! She helped pick out food from the menu! Thank you to the Staff of Hacienda Hotel. I would sincerely recommrnd this hotel to anyone visiting Cuzco. Good location, beautiful hotel in excellent condition, food was great. I give it a rare (from me) 95/100.
