We didnt get the Upgrade I am entitled to , as a Hotels.com Gold member and also a Radisson Reward member. Windows on floor 9 was like upen doors and noise from the street was constant, and also 2 nights out of 6 there was horrible smoke in the room from the fresh air intake. Staff in the reception didnt care adn tried to not understand english properly, and claimed that we cant smoke in the room. And didnt want to understand that problem is in the AC / intake
