1) Parking was right outside our room. That was fine.
2) Yes there were shops for food, drinks and shopping which we enjoyed.
3) Staff was friendly.
4) The room its self was below standards. It do not replicate the room in the booking pictures at all. I choose the upgraded room at the time of my booking. I actually booked 2 rooms as one for me and one for my parents. Both our rooms just weren’t clean. The fridge had rust on the outside, The toilet had mold in it, the shower grout had missing pieces and cracking. The master bed was so “v’d” in the middle I had to sleep on the couch so my wife could be comfortable. Also the vertical blinds were plastic an also several of them were broken which makes it look very junky.
I chose the upgraded room and they were just so disappointing. We were both on the second floor in th “A” building. I was able to see rooms on the first floor that were much more modern and actually looked like the pictures I was believing I booked. I feel like if all rooms aren’t the same then the pictures need to be of the actual room. It is very deceiving and unfair. I booked this for my mom’s 70th birthday so I was taken back.
