My family and I were in town for a dance competition. The location of the event was within steps from hotel to stage and made our stay even more beneficial. We were very pleased with easy check in, valet parking was wonderful and everyone very helpful. The room was spotless and had all amenities one would need if forgotten at home. The lobby also had snacks and other things if need be. I think it is a new policy, but breakfast now cost $15 per person and $10 per child under 11. We were not aware of that when booking and understood it was free. We later found out that dancers ate free so we only had breakfast one time. It was decent, no complaints. What you would typically expect from a continental breakfast. Was it worth what they are now charging...absolutely not. So if you want more bang for your buck, door dash or leave and go where you would like. If you want convenience and just to grab a bite and go...have the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be staying there our next competition hands down.

My family has stayed at The Hotel Hot Springs at least once a year for the last ten years. Last weekend will be our last stay with them. The room was ok. Breakfast was awful. We should of went to McDonalds. The biscuits were black on the bottom. The staff seems to think they were cute as they kept looking at their watches for clean up time to come.No more Hotel Hot Springs for us.

Hope ( I should have gotten her last name but I did not) but she was the host at the front desk whom checked us in and she was excellent. She was kind efficient and just wonderful to work with. Her attention to customer service was exemplary. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

When we initially booked the hotel website showed there was complimentary parking and breakfast included. However upon arrival we were told it was $12 a day to park in the parking garage or $20 for valet. Breakfast was also going to be an additional charge of $15 per adult and $10 for kids. The room itself was clean for the most part but the shower/ bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. For the price I expected at least the breakfast to be included . We have stayed at nicer places for cheaper and all of the above was included.
