The staff were not very welcoming, we felt like we disturbed them when we checked in. The room was ok. The air conditioner was loud and when it kicked on it woke us up. The shower had no hot water. No elevator. Lots of fun schlepping 50 pound bags up 3 floors to our room. The room is about 10 X10 with a bed, table and TV that keeps dropping internet connection. They did not turn on the AC before we came so room was about 90 degrees and took several hours to cool down. The bed and sheets were clean. Breakfast included some fruit and pop tarts. I think we left some medication there. Did not respond to our email. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Hotel Nest is super cute w/ spacious, clean rooms, and extra friendly staff. I enjoyed morning coffee in common balcony areas. BUT…the location is strange; not much to do (restaurants, shopping, bars), lots of vacant buildings, and not as lively as I’m used too in PR. Even still we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

The room was clean. The floors needed updating. Staff was exceptional--especially Abraham. Very helpful with luggage. Needs handrails all the way up to the first floor vs partial. No blow dryer in room but was provided upon request. Need tourist information and maps in lobby area. Downfall was there was no elevator.
