The food was terrible I was there from Monday to Wednesday and every day was the same food .. the food was not good, tge place is expensive for the type of buffet, and if you want to eat in the regular restaurant you need reservations and there's no space

The property grounds are beautiful but they accommodations are not up to date on technology and everything closed early and needed reservations for everything.

Overall we had a good time.

Check in was long. The food quality was not the best. The room shower was missing a door. The pools were excellent. The staff was courteous. However, we think the staying is overpriced. If they are going to charge you like a 5 star hotel, then you are expecting the staying to be like a 5 star hostel.

Tuve un incidente que me dejó una mala impresión del servicio al cliente del hotel de Cameron. Hice una reserva por Hotels del 8 al 10 de marzo luego modifiqué las fechas por la plataforma de Hotels del 9 al 11 de marzo. El 10 de marzo en horas de la tarde me llamaron y me dijeron que aún no había entregado las llaves. Les expliqué y les mostré la evidencia de la modificación y me dijeron que aún no le había llegado de Hotels la confirmación. Me pidieron que yo debía arreglar la situación. Yo les decía que era un problema que ellos debían corregir con la plataforma y no yo. Me retuvieron por más de una hora. Finalmente después de mi insistencia se comunicaron con la plataforma y arreglaron ellos como debió ser desde un principio y no ponerme a mí a hacerlo. A la fecha no he recibido siquiera una disculpa.

Everything was nice, except the room needs some improvements especially bathroom, plus they don’t provide hair dryer, it’s nice that they have mini fridge, all the amenities are good except the fact that we have to make reservations for restaurants (a la carte) has to be very early about 6:45 - 7:00 am to get space they really need to work with that because you’re in vacation (waking up that early) other than that is a nice place to relax.

The check-in process was awful! Never been to a place this disorganized. No information given regarding dinner reservations, didn't get a room key until 430!!! Not a good way to start my stay . Rooms were not in the best conditions. This place was so bad I didn't stay for my two days as planned. Would not recommend this place.

Loved the place and the food, amazing views and helpful staff. The checking process very different than what I have experienced before, not necessarily bad just different. Would definitely recommend staying here, its a very large resort but 3-4 nights should suffice to enjoy it and explore it fully.

The checkin process is horrible, they apparently don’t use the latest technology they write everything down with pencil and paper instead of using a computer. They still use physical keys instead of a card to open hotel room doors electronically. Dining plans should start when you arrive but even though we were the first to arrive all the good restaurants were booked, what? How is that possible because like I stated earlier there’s absolutely no way to do this online since this technology doesn’t exist at this hotel. They do have a website that eludes to them using technology but then has a page that redirects you to another page with message that you need to checkin or make any dining reservations in person. Checking in seems like we were all being processed to go jail or something, we were there a very long time waiting. We were then told to come back in an hour to get keys. Hotel does not have elevators so the elderly or disabled would need to stay on floor level but those rooms go quick and it was hard for us get this fixed even though we made reservations 3 months in advance with that note clearly stated in english and spanish. Towels were not white and very dingy. The buffet is just ok, most offerings are equivalent to a school lunch cafeteria menu you probably remember as a kid. Drinks are very watered down. The show they have in the evening is a bunch of bad jokes with so so music and dancing. Sorry for bad review just telling it like it is.
