Boa noite, eu raramente deixo meu comentário em hotéis que frequento, mas dessa vez achei importante porque percebi que o hotel de fato se preocupa com as sugestões de melhoria. Gostei de todas as instalações, quadra de tenis, beach tenis, apartamentos novos e de bom gosto, camas confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom, piscina aquecida, atendimento dos funcionários, 2 recreadores principais (nao me lembro o nome: mas os que realizaram o bingo, sao sem sombra de duvidas

Propriedade bonita. Comida bem abaixo do nivel de resorts desse valor ( simples demais e mal feita), atendimento pessimo ( bar man da piscina pessimo, falta de profissionais no restaurante). Restaurante quente. Poucas atividades para fazer se nao gosta de golf ( pago a parte). Nao voltarei

Pode melhorar, mas é um bom resort.

O hotel é menor do que imaginei, mas é muito bom. Seria melhor se o estacionamento já estivesse incluso na estadia. Também seria ótimo ter pacote all inclusive. O quarto é bom e o hotel está bem cuidado. A comida é boa.

Ótima estadia

Instalações muito boas e confortáveis. Decoração muito bonita, paisagismo lindo. Boas refeições. Apenas alguns pontos de melhoria: piscinas externas poderiam ter algum tipo de climatização, mesmo num dia quente a água era muito gelada, inviabilizando o uso. Brinquedoteca estava bastante empoeirada, além do ar condicionado bem sujo.

Tem muito a melhorar

Hotel é novo, quarto bom e espaçoso, banheiro bom, mas o chuveiro, quando o vizinho dá a descarga, esquenta a água, precisa tomar cuidado se tiver criança no banho. Recepção, o checkin é extremamente demorado e ineficiente, não sei se a equipe é nova, mas se tiver fila, vai ter que esperar. Recreação não entendo nas avaliações anteriores dizerem que é o melhor, em 4 dias que ficamos lá, somente a tia Laranja veio chamar as crianças para brincar, uma das únicas com sorriso no rosto. Se chove não tem o que fazer, espaço interno é pequeno, brinquedoteca é a pior que já vi, em todos os hotéis desse nível que já fomos. Piscina externa é extremamente gelada, só no parque aquático é "climatizada" mas continua sendo fria. Importante não deixar nada de valor no carro, pq os carro que ficam no estacionamento, a chave fica dentro de uma caixinha (sistema arcaico, bom para carro que não tem chaves de contato). Achei um hotel extremamente perigoso para crianças, pois para ir a piscina, parquinho, mini golfe e mesmo o campinho, precisa atravessar a rua, onde os carros passam voando, inclusive os carros do próprio hotel, um descuido, já era. Comida é boa, mas acaba ficando enjoativo por não variarem muito os pratos, não tem jantar temático. Cuidado com os peixes, em todos os dias que comi, tinha muitos espinhos. Pedir tapioca ou omelete no café da manhã é quase que impossível quando se vai bem cedo, pois o rapaz aparece só mais tarde e quando aparece, desaparece

Cobrança de estacionamento desnecessária.

Nossa estadia foi excelente, a unica coisa que decepcionou foi ter que pagar estacionamento. Nós viajamos com frequência para Resort e foi a primeira vez que nos deparamos com essa situação. E olha, era um chão batido onde o carro pegava chuva e sol. De verdade, não faz sentido cobrar estadia+ estacionamento. Isso foi decepcionante no Resort. No demais, nada que desabone.
