They do NOTHING ABOUT NOISE!! And believe me it’s NOISY!! There’s a man with a 4?yr old boy and he has no control over this child!! Go to office she says already told them…so NOTHING!! They DON’T CARE. Called the number online of course it’s not them and gave me number to write down…..told her THERE IS NO PEN IN THE ROOM AND THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DOESN’T WORK EITHER!!! I have adjoining never someone is there now too!! Single woman in an adjoins room. Never have that any other hotel. It’s NOT LIKE don’t have rooms they do!! They have just as many rooms in another BUILDING READY…. but THEY DON’T USE IT!! I would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY HERE!!
