Could be improved: Flies on the breakfast is unforgivable! Beds a little too firm, but each will have different preferences! Aspects that we liked. Location: 20mins away from city center and train station, which for us was perfect as we like a walk. Its easy to navigate and always felt safe. Water front, and right next door to the Mall, cinema, restaurants and a Lidls. Very happy. Room: great size. Fridge, hair dryer, big bathroom etc. (TV did not work, but we weren't there to watch TV so a minor point. Staff: super friendly.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a harbour view room which was wonderful - both doors opened fully with a glass panel allowing an uninterrupted view outside over the inner harbour and harbour swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff so polite and efficient. The location is brilliant - walkable to the main station but two stations for metro/S-tog within 5-6 mins walk and a stop for the harbour bus (boat) not much further. Would definitely stay here again if in Copenhagen. Very good value compared with other Copenhagen hotels too.

Great stay at Copenhagen Island. Clean, comfortable rooms with gorgeous harbour view. Staff excellent and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. Easy access to Copenhagen on foot or by Metro, with a stop very close by. Also right next to shopping centre and Lidl. Only slight downside is the restaurant not being open on Sundays!

The property itself and amenities are wonderful. Unfortunately, the Management team can be rude at times. From room cleaning that takes until dinner time to Management being argumentative, unless your a local, things may not be as planned if you do need assistance as a non-local.

The towels in the bedroom are in poor conditions. They looked old & stained. Also, the concierges keep poker faces while working, making their service feel unwelcoming to us.

Located by a canal and Copenhagen Mall, it has a lot restaurants for you to choose from. It also has bikes for rent. It is fun to ride around the city. The reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is the poor maintenance of the property. Our room carpet and chair were not clean. After I brushed my teeth, it took more than 20 minutes to drain the sink.
