Very ghetto

Service was great but hotel really needs remodeling. It’s also very ghetto, don’t stay with children! Cheap doesn’t always mean good. Many locals live in this place and they literally did a bbq outside of theirs rooms on the parking lot. We did not feel safe at all! Spend the extra cash and stay in Greely. Much safer there.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Sheets were not clean.. the TV didn’t work .. fridge setting were off and it froze everything I put in.. clearly a drug and prostitution hotel.. noise and knocking in both my neighbors doors allllll night I think it stopped around 6am.Never again. Staff was decent.

No, not friendly to my 2 ESA cats. I had even called ahead 1 week before to make sure they would accept my cats. She said she would check with the manager and call me back. Which she did and said they would be allowed. When I got there, they had no electricity, the man at the front desk was rude as ever. First he was saying they dont take cats. Then I told himbthey are ESA animals and he didnt care. Then, he was going to let us stay but was going to charge me a pet fee which is illegal when its a ESA animal. He did not want to see my papers stating as such. Then he said theres a 60.00 deposit. Told me all hotels statewide have to charge it. Flat out lie again! I have stayed at plenty of hotels here that don't charge a deposit. I cancelled and demanded my money back. They still have not refunded it and Ive been in my car thanks to them for the last 3 days along with my cats

The room was pretty small and basic. The bathroom was small, one towel rack for 2 bath towels and only one hand towel by the sink. Over a 3 night stay, housekeeping never came once. There was no hair dryer, but the staff got one from another room, taken off from the wall. The breakfast was extremely minimal. You had to get bowels, cups, spoons, yogurt cups and juice boxes at the front desk. There were only 2 choices of extremely sweet cereal. It appeared to us that most guests chose to go elsewhere for breakfast. It was by far the cheapest place we could find, so you get what you pay for. It met our basic needs, but no more.

Very run down hotel. Our shower head was leaking and got the floor wet. The microwave is on top of the refrigerator and cord is too short to plug in. The room is supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke. One of the beds was falling apart. The metal pipes would fall off the bed in the middle of the night. Hotel needs remodeling and shower tub had rust. Needs to be replaced. We didn’t get any extra toilet paper or trash bins. We left our trash in paper sacks because we only had one little trash bin.

This hotel was just what we needed nothing more nothing less. Everything was as you'd expect a 2 star hotel to be. Don't go there expecting a 5 star experience. You get what you pay for, This is probably one of the best two star I've stayed in.
