Cute and dog friendly

Dog friendly, quaint little family owned motel. The rooms had recently been upgraded and everything was extremely clean. The beds were very comfy as well. This went beyond my expectations and I would certainly stay here again

Fred at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Location is great, across the street from a state park. There is a swimming pool in that park. The beds are comfortable.

Good find

Front desk check in easy and person very pleasant and personable. The Room was clean and met our needs. While we didn't spend much time there, only to sleep and shower it was comfortable and accommodating. We like the motel style to park in front of your room. We would stay again while in town, good location for Clayton and Alex Bay.

We loved everything about the stay. Our cabin was perfect for just the two of us for two nights. My boyfriend said the water pressure and temp was great in the shower. Only downside was weak wifi signal so we couldn’t watch the tv in our cabin

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. Fred was so friendly and had some fantastic suggestions for local restaurants and hiking, all dog friendly. Our little cabin was clean and cozy and it was nice watching a storm roll in while we sat in the chairs our front.

Pros:It was convenient to a pharmacy, grocery store and gas stations. I had a room on the end. I traveled with two dogs. Cons: The room had bed bugs. (Luckily I always travel with bed bug/flea spray) It smelled musty. The air conditioner gave me only a 4 degree range. The bathroom had mold around the ceiling above the tub. There were gaps in the tub surround. The carpet was indoor/outdoor artifical turf type. The ceiling had loose ceiling tiles and an outlet in the bathroom was on the light. No GFI.
