You get what you pay for at this location. The room was basic, a bed and a bathroom. The TV didn’t work well. The staff was accommodating. The parking situation was problematic but the manager did move his car the first night that I got in so I appreciated that. The location was safe and it was close to some coffee shops and restaurants.

This property is not as presented in its photos. Yes parking is NOT provided, but there is NO street parking either. The closest parking was 2 blocks away. The area is what I would describe as unsafe. 2 gentlemen making an illegal transaction in front of building. I tried numerous times to call property and beg to allow us to cancel, but no answer AND Hotels.com was no help either. The Vagabond down the street was able to help us thankfully. There hotel was not much better BUT they were so helpful and safe!!!

If you are thinking of stay at this motel . Don’t. I have seen 3rd world bottom of the barrel room that are better than here. Didn’t stay after the 1st hour . One word spiders and bugs . Also the shower had model and black smears around the edges . Tried 2 rooms but the second was worse than the other .

The room was very dirty, there was so much dust and dirt that we ended up leaving our shoes on and sleeping in our clothes. Very concerned for safety and unfortunately no alternative place to try to find as we arrived close to midnight and needed to be somewhere before the cruise the next morning. We ended up leaving as early as possible and walked to the cruise port just to get out of the neighbourhood which had various individuals living in their vehicles parked on the street etc. Do not recommend this property

My wife and I got a bad case of bedbug bits over our body. We were there for three days waiting to go on a cruise trip. Our trip was totally disrupted and embarrassing not being able to participate in activities and wear exposing clothes due to all the red bits up and down my arms and legs.

Room felt old and rundown. No basic amenities like ice. Bedding did seem clean but not ideal. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. My wife was not comfortable from the beginning and was a bit afraid of the neighborhood. It least it was somewhere to sleep before our cruise. But that was about it.

This is a very basic property-we needed a place to sleep getting in from LAX at midnight, boarding a cruise ship the next day. The room was clean, bed linens clean and the desk staff were very nice and helpful. You can walk to the cruise port-it’s about a 20 minute walk. Uber from LAX to this motel is about $82 USD It has a “boarding house” feel to it and our room backed into the main stairwell…not overly quiet…value priced and I felt a fair price for what it was.

Location is not in a safe location. The check in person was either high or drunk, definitely not of sound mind. Lobby smelled like a porta potty. The room was disgusting. I have stayed a cheap motel/hotel before but this by far is the worst. The windows were all open when we walked in, not the curtains, I mean the actual windows. There was blood stains and hair on the sheets. On top and under the covers. The head and side boards were broken and hanging crookedly. The bathroom was filthy. The towels had yellow and brown stains on them. I cannot believe this place is operating. The health department needs to shut them down. We decided to leave. The person at the front desk didn’t even remember us from 10 min before.

Room was clean - front desk guy was awesome - requested 2extra pillows, which were delivered. No frills hotel, no hotel parking, only street parking - but all was good. Walked 2 blocks for dinner which was convenient. Very close to Cruise port, which was a time saver and ultra convenient.

We were right by the front door with the staircase attached to the wall of our room….all the way up. We heard everyone coming, going, checking out…etc.. we didn’t sleep much. But the location was good for the cruise docks. The room was cheap, and I believe pretty clean. The hotel is stuffed in a neighborhood, so you hear dogs etc…And there’s no charge for parking, because there is none. Thankfully we only had to part two plus blocks away.

There is no AC or pool. Our reason for staying at this Motel was due to location to the cruise ship port. The staff are very friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean and served our purpose for the one night we spent in LA. Just so you know there is no elevator in this Motel so be aware- a few steps up to the main floor and then more steps up to the second floor.
