Well located, economical and effective for our needs. Good restaurants within walking distance or just fown the road. My son left his Notebook behind and they returned it to us which was well appreciated.

Pretend You Are Camping

This extended stay hotel is not offering many of the normal hotel items. There was no soap or toilet paper in the unit when we arrived. We were given a room at the back with the lawn in between parking and the unit. The remote in the room did not work and another one was matched with the TV. They have Comcast providing the service with a guide. A breakfast was listed but now not offered and no coffee was available before we left at 8 AM. Office was to open at 8:30 AM.
WiFi Code on key slip cover listed a m for a n.
Floor lamp on the floor next to a floor lamp. No side table.
Only on bolt was attached to seat
Key did work the day we left, glad wife was in the room.

Décevant ce Suburban motel .

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h00 et la chambre n’était pas libre et non nettoyée . Nous avons attendus plus de 3 heures pour rentrer dans notre chambre. À notre surprise il n’y avait pas de rideau de douche et le support de papier toilette arraché . Les photos du motel ne sont pas représentatives et c’est décevant. Il y’a de beaux hôtels dans les environs il faut éviter le le Suburban à Brunswick GA .

Upon arriving at the room I noticed that there was not one single smoke detector in the room nor any type of sprinklers if there was a fire. After going to sleep, I woke up the next morning to bed bugs crawling around on the white sheets. I took a photo and went to show the employee at the front office to which he told me that the pest control company comes and sprays around the outside of the building and sometimes it causes the bugs to go inside. I’m no professional exterminator but that just sounds ridiculous to me. I am awaiting a refund on the money I paid for room but I doubt I will be getting it

The tenants that were on the property obviously lived here long term. There were car parts and small engine parts everywhere and children's toys all over. There's no issue with kids playing with their toys. It's the disarray that all of the toys and bikes were in. Everything is just run down. The room we were in had open power outlets without faceplates. The bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves in it while another person tried to kick it in. I never complain. Im just needing to lay my head down and go to work when out in the field. But this one really was bad. They did get me with those images online. Fell for it, hook, line and sinker.

I didnt like that there was no deadbolt lock and the door conjoining to the room next door was broken and didnt lock. Bathroom was dirty and toilet seat had piss on it. Carpet was not vacuumed. No towels or soap amenities.

Very budget property. Although advertises refrigerator, microwave, & cooktop, there were no cups, dishes, or utensils. Most importantly, NO SOAP. We were only given one set of towels and there were two of us.

The location is great, right off the freeway. You can tell they are trying to upgrade rooms. Some new furnishings. We have stayed here twice. Once on the way to a vacation spot up north, and once on the way back south. Both times there was no soap in the room. Only one set of towels, even though they knew it was two adults. Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and a cooktop but no dishes, cups, or cooking utensils. No paper cups in the bathroom. On our return stop, I had reserved a king bedroom, and they told me it was not available. I told them two queen beds would be fine. The room had stickers all over the refrigerator as if a child had lived in the room. My bed sheets had holes in them and were incredibly wrinkled. I realize this is a budget property, sort of an extended stay hotel, but things are just not up to par.

Brunswick's worst

Plumbing problem at home caused me to spend night at this hotel. My mistake was not checking room out when I checked in. Returned to find room in unacceptable condition: toilet wouldnt flush, tv didnt work, no blanket in room (temp freezing outside) only sheet and thin spread. Bathroom floor was dirty. Only working light in bath and one lamp in room. Nobody in office. Left at 1130pm to spend night at neighbor's home. The worst!
