Otel konumu mükemmel, Hz.Mevlana müzesi odadan tam açı görünüyor ve müzeye 100m mesafede, birçok ziyaret ve yemek ve hediyelik eşya yerine yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz, birçok alternatif var, otel çok iyi durumda, odalar temiz ve yenilenmiş, personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Maalesef oda çok kirliydi, bir saat bile kalmadan ayrılıp başka bir otele geçtik. Kornişten düşen perde bile takılmamış, mini buzdolabını açtığımız gibi odanın içini çürük kötü bir koku kapladı. Odanın içi ağır sigara kokuyordu, sigara kokusu sinmiş. Küçücük bir oda ve yatak duvara yaslanmış ve kesinlikle hijyen değildi. Böyle bir hizmet çok çok üzücü. Çok pişmanım ve hotels.com’da yer alan 8.2 puanı görünce buna güvenerek; merkezi yerde diye tercih etmiştim ancak üzülerek söylüyorum ki sitenizden bir daha asla bir tercihte bulunmayacağım.

Fake advertisement hotel

We just arrived at Meva Hotel Konya, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised a "queen bed," but what we found was a mattress far too small—even for one person! For reference, a standard queen bed should measure at least 152cm x 203cm (60in x 80in), and this was nowhere close to those dimensions. Then, despite our reservation being for a twin bed, neither the receptionist nor the hotel manager helped us switch rooms. We tried calling hotel customer service, but they were absolutely useless: they didn’t solve anything, refused to cancel the reservation, and wouldn’t issue a refund. We plan to file a formal complaint and lawsuit against these scammers for their unprofessional and misleading practices. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This isn’t a hotel its trash! biggest scam

I would like a refund this hotel was terrible! it had a terrible smell the rooms looked nothing like the pictures the temperature was hot the hotel service didn’t help us at all he was rude and disrespectful this is not a hotel its trash id rather sleep in my car then go to this hotel but i had my family with me so I couldn’t and the service didn’t even gave us a chance to have a refund wich we immediately knew it was a scam he knew it was a scam also! you could tell he was guilty but didn’t say anything i wish i looked at this trash hotel before giving my money to waste! And we didn’t stay there thats why we dont have pictures to show you. dont go to this hotel unless you want to smell the sewers.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Hotel très bien situé, à 2 pas du Mevlada museum et du quartier animé. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais sauf 1 personne. Le petit dejeuner est assez leger mais ok. Par contre je n'ai pas pu check in à 17h30, on m'a demandé de revenir 1 heure plus tard pour installer une ampoule dans la salle de bain qui n'a jamais été installée finalement!
