This hotel needs basic updating of mattresses, toilet seats, toilet paper holders, paint, etc. it was clean but quite shabby. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and did his best to accommodate me after I refused two other rooms.

The property is in transition with new ownership. The beds were very good, the bathrooms clean and upgraded. The furniture in the room was old and worn. The carpet was old, worn and spotted. Management is in the process of deciding replacement options. They said the carpets were cleaned, but are so old, that spots and stains will never come out. The room was quiet and very adequate for a one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Only criticism would be that the hallways smelt like smoke due to the bar door being open. It didn’t bother me personally but the wife and daughter complained that it stunk. It did not seem to seep into the room though and we were very close to the bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff and even asked if we needed a hand loading the car when we checked out

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Stayed at Motel 6 Rawlins for a night and had a really good experince. The room was clean, parking was easy and the location is perfect right off I-80. Big thanks to Ven at the front desk. He was super friendly, helped us with our luggage and made check-in very easy. Also, the coffee at the front desk was surprizingly one of the best coffees we had on our trip. Simple place, good people and great service. Would definetly stay here again.

While checking in, I first got told I would have saved $20 if I had just came in and not used a third party. They then gave me a room that had never been cleaned from the previous stay. When I finally got a room the toilet paper holder was broke and the walls and vents were dirty and old. The amenities (restaurant and bar) were both closed. The bed was okay. The a/c worked well. Could have used better pillows. Overall it seems new management isn’t investing much back into the location, but it’s okay if you need a place to sleep for a night

We stayed in Room #110 and really enjoyed our stay. The room had a nice vintage wood finish that gave it a cozy feel and made it different from a regular motel room. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was really nice having a bar right on the property to relax after a long day. The coin laundry was also a big help since we had just finished a hike and were able to wash all our clothes before getting back on the road. The staff was friendly, the stay was peacefull, and everything we needed was there. We would gladly stay here again if we're back in the area.

I was surprised to have a bed that was really comfortable. We opted to save money and use Motel 6 and glad we did. The room had been cleaned well, but needs deep cleaning. The carpet looked dirty and the chair was stained. I just wore socks and put a towel on the chair. The staff was an on-call staff and took awhile to get service. But nice when they got there.
