The location of hotel was great! Close to a lot of restaurants and a five minute walk to Paddington station. A very short walk to one of the main subway stations. The staff were very friendly and they did have a free breakfast. The room was small and crammed but clean. However, the beds were hard as rocks. The floor would have been softer. Has to be one of the worst beds I’ve had at a hotel.

Really good location for Paddington - 5 minutes walk. Welcoming reception staff. Small bar area (which we didn't use). Room was plenty big enough for the amount of time we spent there - did have to shuffle round the bottom of the bed. Spotlessly clean bathroom and plenty of hot water. The only downside for me was the room was very hot. Tried to get the air con to work but it switched off after 5 minutes. So opened the window but obviously, you then have to put up with traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again - so easy to get around London and very good value for money.
