Place is beautiful in quiet area, very family friendly, clean and safe. you will need Golfcart to get around. All the excursions can be booked at the villas. There is no food currently at the premises, except coffee in the morning. There is beach bar where you can get drinks . You can cook / make food at the villa apartment. For dinning there are several decent restaurants, walkable distance .overall great family vacation and experience, we loved it

Lovely Small Resort

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The resort is kept very clean and in good condition. It is located close to the snorkelling area Hol Chan, but nicely removed from the noise and congestion of the centre of town. However, a golf cart rental is a must to get around.

My family of five adults stayed in Villa 1, a ground floor three bedroom directly on the beach with a large veranda. Out of the three great accommodations I stayed in while in Belize, this was my absolute favorite. It was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, beachfront, and had everything we needed. The views from the veranda were simply amazing. We spent a great amount of time there and got up several days to see the sun rise which was indescribably beautiful. The customer service was awesome and we can’t wait to come back.

Staff was very friendly. Our room was well kept and stocked. We loved our early morning coffee on the beach. A golf cart rental was necessary for more restaurant options (only a few walkable options available). We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was super clean and comfy and we loved the patio with soft seating. We spent most of our nights winding down out there. Rob, the bartender, made amazing drinks and was full of helpful information. I would highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind being 15 minute golf cart ride away from San Pedro Town. If we wanted to change anything, it would be to have the location a little closer to town. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

The property is in the form of spacious and well appointed, comfortable apartments. Staff are friendly and helpful, arranging excursions and transport and making restaurant reservations for us. The setting, on a quiet stretch of beach is conducive to a relaxing break. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were fantastic, anything we needed or wanted, they pointed us in the right direction or organized for us. We had a 3 bedroom unit and there is lots of space. Would like to see a recycle program instead of us throwing out the aluminum cans and plastics. Overall, we had a wonderful stay because of the staff! Highly recommend Lighthouse Beach Villas.

A Lucky Find!

We had a rough start to our stay in Belize, and stumbled upon Lighthouse Villas when we decided to change our plans, from staying in Caye Caulker to San Pedro instead. From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice! Although we arrived 2 hours early, we were immediately welcomed to check into our beautiful Villa, perfectly suited to our needs! During our stay, we wanted for nothing, as the entire staff was available to assist us with whatever we needed. As an early riser, I really appreciated having coffee ready and waiting for me each morning so I could enjoy it out on my patio. Glori as concierge was friendly and helpful, and Rob at the Bar immediately felt like a life-long friend! He was quick to welcome us with a cold beverage, order us food, and share his recommendations for best things to do during our stay! When I had a day of feeling under the weather, he was quick to offer ginger ale from his personal stash, and his Ginger juice that had me feeling better in no time! On our last day, we had to leave to catch the water taxi earlier than expected, and didn’t get to say good-bye to Rob, but I hope he knows how much we appreciated all that he did to make our stay more enjoyable! We are already planning our best trip, and will be sure to stay here again!

Excellent stay for family of 4

Had a great stay at Lighthouse Beach Villas. The family was comfortable in a 2 BD/2 BA condo overlooking the water, barrier reef, and pool. There is a small nearby market for snacks and such. The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast including a 5-gallon bottle of drinking water. The staff were very helpful with snorkeling tours and other needs including providing coffee in the morning. The dock was used for relaxing and tour pick up, very convenient. If you are a sport fan, the tv has many channels to help stay current. The balcony was large and had a table for dining and comfortable lounging furniture.
