The hotel is so conveniently close to landmarks in hollywood. It’s literally off the freeway too so you cannot miss it it’s right on the exit. The cleanliness was perfect bed was soft and nice, the staff friendly and hospitable. The only suggestion I have is the upstairs ice machine should have an ice scoop holder on the side or top of the machine since you should never lay the ice scoop in the machine due to germs on the handle. The hotel is very clean and wonderful perfect price range and they offer free juice and coffee at the front lobby area.

A nice little hotel with for me a perfect location in a nice and quiet neighborhood in East Hollywood. Do stay here very often when In town, parking just of highway 101 exit 8C. Can't be easier to arrive to a hotel than that. No breakfast or other service, more than coffe and tea in the reception, but you'll find diners, cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Walking distance to Hollywood and Sunset Blvd (like 300-500m. It is usually good value for the money, not the most modern hotel, but if you rather spend your money on activities and other things on town, this is the place.

Nice and safe place to sleep, walking distance to a lot, but not really feeling that’d be safe to walk. You can see the Hollywood sign from the hotel’s door step. It does have a moldy/musty smell and the floor on the first floor looks as if it has been affected by some sort of water damage. Overall, it was quiet and the hotel and parking was safe.
