Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was not registered in their system. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was unable to assist me, as they only had access to reservations made through Expedia.com, not Hotels.com.
The hotel was fully booked, so I was unable to stay there that night. Additionally, I was told that they do not offer refunds. I am now seeking assistance to recover the payment for a service I did not receive.
To make matters worse, my phone died while I was at the hotel, and I was unable to charge it because the power outlets in the waiting area were not functioning.
