We stayed here for a quick, last minute overnight trip. The reviews seemed good and the photos made it look like a nice property. Checking in was easy and the gentleman was friendly. But when we went to find our room, things got sketchy. The elevator jerked when starting and stopping. When we got off the elevator, we turned the wrong way and ended up going the long way to our room. The exterior was in need of major repair. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, windows on rooms had large cracks. The actual room was clean, but had major issues and smelled like pot. The exterior door had to be shoved to open. The remote for the TV was bent in half but somehow still worked, the hairdryer did not work at all. The mini fridge had a huge chunk of ice covering the top and back of the unit. We had a king sized bed but were only given 3 very small pillows. Once we turned the TV off to sleep, we could hear everything going on outside. The noise from the interstate was loud. We could hear every semi truck, every car, and several times heard people racing down the street. I was awake the entire night because of the noise. It was awful and I was exhausted the next day. We will not stay here again.

The room and environment were so deplorable that I did not stay here. There were stains on the bed, towels, and chairs, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were two dingy small pillows on the bed as well. When I made complaints about the room, the room they were going to switch me to already had people inside. I canceled my stay, and they have yet to give me even a partial refund. The attitude of the manager was degrading and condescending so much so that they continually hang up the phone and have even stopped answering when I call. Trust me Do NOT stay here!

Room was okay. Bed was stained and bedding wouldnt stay on. There was dirt in the corner of the bathroom and a big spot in ceiling where there was a leak. I asked for handicap excessable room and we were stuck on the 3rd floor all the way down the hall in the next to last room.

Broken shower rod and no shower curtain.

Upon arrival I was so tired that I didn’t even notice the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one side with screws and sharp wall anchors hanging. No shower curtain. Coffee maker was broken and there were ants in the bathroom. At check in the front desk staff were very nice. Next morning at checkout, a different woman was working. I told her the issues and she could not have cared less.

1st room we were given upon arrival had strong odor of mold and mildew upon entering. Upon checking the bathroom and both beds I noticed 3 black fingerprints on side of the pillow boldly showing on white sheets. Then noticed black furry mold on the back of the desk chair which clearly has not been cleaned. I took a video of the chair. As a patient with asthma and bronchitis I walked back to the lobby and told the clerk Im disabled and had to walk back down here because there was no phone in the room for me to call the front desk.She said people steal the phones,tvs, microwave and fridges all the time. I told her about the odor and that I put the chair outside the room. I asked her to call housekeeping for some Lysol or room disinfectant she said they don't have any then offered me another room which upon entering smelled better but floors hadn't been cleaned as something was sticking to the bottom of my shoe. Since both the beds were visibly ok I just went to sleep.Upon waking up the next morning I noticed something black on side of the mattress which obviously was exposed from underneath the sheets. It was BLACK MOLD! I have pictures of this also. I've booked multiple trips via Expedia and I'm DISGUSTEDLY DISAPPOINTED behind this super unpleasant experience and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Receptionist Nightmare

Arrived at Hotel around 8pm, got to room...bathroom wasn't cleaned, still had someone elses dirty towel that was used and no clean towels, no soap, no shampoo...went to front desk asked for the items and was refused a clean towel...the receptionist was another story, the rudest person i have ever came across, she absolutely refused to give me a clean towel and walked away from me and cussed at me and then rolled her eyes and said it wasnt her hotel and i needed to call a manager in the morning to get a towel??? Was the worst experiences i have ever had at a hotel and will NEVER spend money at the establishment again! I hope she gets fired, she has no right to work in customer service!!!
