Worst Hotel for Service and Staff
For a Marriott Hotel we have been extremely disappointed. From the moment at check in staff were not welcoming, nor friendly. She was abrupt and seemed annoyed that she had to check us in. For two seniors, we were placed at the end of a hall and took the lift only to find we had stairs to tackle down with all our luggage. Dinner was horrible! Table was dirty and had not been cleaned, the burger and brat was the worst we’ve ever had. Dry, over cooked and tasteless. The lounge area always has dirty dishes laying around from past patrons, while staff is sitting around chatting away. The beds were nice, but the plug in locations do not make sense. No way to use blow dryer in the bathroom and no plugs close to beds. Breakfast was decent although absolutely no staff around to assist patrons who ended up helping each other out. Maybe Marriott should be paying us instead of the employees. Oh and speaking of employers, we over heard one complain that her coworker was always late to work as he scurried in the door. Coffee machines need to be cleaned, caked with old coffee stains and build up.! Have had better service and facilities at other less “Marriott” type hotels! Management needs to step it up! And Corporate Marriott Hotels needs to visit this location.
