Clean, modern hotel well located on the banks of the Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers. After 25 years of travel to Phnom Penh this is the best, reasonably priced hotel I have found in Phnom Penh, with views of the river. Thanks to Hotels.com I had issues at check in with Hotels.com not telling the hotel the correct room I had booked. The excellent receptionist resolved the issue and gave me the room I had booked without me needing to prove myself, although Hotels.com did subsequently admit that their communication with the hotel was at fault. Room was spacious and afforded great views of the rivers. Breakfast was included and excellent. One of the best Eggs Benedict that I have had anywhere for some time. At night there is a lovely rooftop bar overlooking the water and city. After a nightmare stay at the Soma Hotel, nearby, last month this hotel was a welcome delight. I would not suggest staying anywhere else in Phnom Penh if you want to view the ever changing landscape of the Khmer waterways.

We didn’t know about then Friday through Sunday closing off of the road for pedestrians only; and the partying, but it was fun and busy at the river. Very convenient for riverside walk and sighteeing to Royal Palace. They offer free tuktuk to nearby places Very stylish and clean and good location. I chose a cheaper room, unfortunately I didn’t have view from window as my room located inside the building. If it locates riverside, it must be nice view.
