Nice and newly’ish renovated apartment hotel near the train station in downtown Napoli. Pretty room, minus one lacking mirror in bathroom, hole in the wall, partly broken bed. The area around the hotel feels unsafe, with drug addicts, smells of piss etc despite lots of police presence (for a reason)

Ovviamente se si sceglie zona stazione, si sa che è un po' caotica, tuttavia, io l'ho trovata tutto sommato vivace, ma non mi sono mai sentita in pericolo, pur essendo arrivati tardi (23-mezzanotte) un paio di volte. Sicuramente molto meno degradata rispetto a Trento per esempio. Tra l'altro con tantissimi negozi e locali, in cui penso si possa trovare qualunque cosa. Ottima la comunicazione, con istruzioni chiarissime per il self check-in. L'hotel, come già detto da altri, è in una struttura antiquata, ma l'interno è nuovo e la nostra stanza era immensa... , pulitissima e comoda, perfettamente oscurata di notte e credo con finestre insonorizzate (mai avuto disturbi di rumori provenienti dall'esterno), nel complesso molto tranquilla. Bagno immenso, con acqua calda ben funzionante. TV ben funzionante, wifi non l'ho usato, colazione in camera all'ora richiesta (attenzione è dalle 8 in poi), piuttosto variegata sia con dolce che salato, anche se non ci sono le uova. L'ultimo giorno partivamo giusto alle 8, abbiamo avvisato e ci hanno lasciato in camera un vassoio con qualcosa di confezionato e facile da portare via. Se dovessi tornare da queste parti, non avrei dubbi e tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel.

Central location, in Piazza Garibaldi, right next to train station. Property when arriving was unexpected, once you get over the entrance the apartments are clean modern and staff are fantastic. No window in room we had frosted windows which looked over the back which you could not open due tonthe birds. We found the property noisey with the birds and upstairs during night with banging, we know this is not the properties fault. We were here for 2 nights and was ideal for a short stay within short distance for all ths Naples can offer. Breakfast was delivered to the room at the time you spesify each morning.

Rooms are renovated completely. No cloth holders in bathroom. For family of 1 kid, we felt the size of room is too small to accommodate luggage. Breakfast is okay, not much option. Near to train station but very crowded at the entrance of building. 4th floor is the Re Diego.This is how it is near the Central in most of the cities.

Once you get over the initial shock of going through the back courtyard and going to the 4th floor and having being demanded to pay city tax upfront in cash, the rooms were in good nick and breakfast was served lovingly every morning.

Quarto bem apertado, pequeno. Banheiro espaçoso, porem um chuveiro com pouca quantidade de agua que ocilava muito a temperatura. Elevador sem condições, quem deve ter instalado foi meu avó, que fugiu da Itália por volta de 1915. Entorno do hotel totalmente sinistro, sujo e nojento.

La única ventaja es que está cerca de la central de trenes principal, pero el lugar está muy sucio tanto adentro como afuera, nadie te recibe que ese no es el problema, pero por el concepto debería de haber un encargado

Great location (across the street from the central train lines) and the bus to/from the airport. The location is very urban/gritty but felt totally safe. The accommodation is clean/comfortable. It is a very old building but has a lift. You choose what you want for breakfast and it is brought to your room. Good location to explore Naples and to catch the train for day trips.
