We generally had a good time - the hotel is nice and the lobby staff were helpful. The rooftop bar however had a strong energy of it being the manager’s night off. The tables on the rooftop bar were not being cleared or cleaned - we couldn’t enjoy the view because the table we sat on was covered in old food. We watched another guest pay and leave, the user water cups and bread from her meal were left on the table, when some more guests came , ordered and received drinks , the old water and bread was left on their table. We saw multiple guests have to ask for their table to be cleaned.

Good location for my visit. Good breakfast. Water bottle only provided only on first day, but water can be access from the dispenser on the reception floor. The shortage is there was no microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful when processing check in and check out. However, one day there was a water leak from entrance ceiling of my room in early morning. The staff seemed not patient when respond to my reporting and questions of the leakage.

When you enter the hotel they ask your credit card to block deposit 50 euro per night. So i gave my credit card to them to block 150 Euro per 3 nights. Also i had prepaid the hotel in july via Hotels.com. Only city tax had left to be paid. But afterwards my check out my bank sent me sms to inform me that they collected 592 Euro from my credit card.
