Adequate room available for a Tanglewood concert rescheduled for the Friday of Labor Day weekend. It did the job but I would not seek it out.

It's a pretty shoddy place. The staff was nice enough, but the whole facility could use a coat of paint. Our non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room at some point. Given how close it is to the Berkshires the price is appealing, but it's not as nice as their internet photos. It's sketchy.

We checked out within 5 minutes. They had smashed windows. The condition of the room was awful but the smashed windows of the hotel caused a safety concern that shadowed the lack of cleanliness

I wanted a first floor room but was told all full at 1130pm and three cars in the parking lot. 🤔🤔 Slippery bathtub not good for someone with balance issues. Needs a coat of paint or two.

It was an ok place. But the maintenance guy is not good at fixing stuff . The shower curtains are above the edge of the tubs .so when you step out the floor is wet and slippery. The AC doesn't work well . The doors are hard to open and close.

This place was very rundown extremely dirty everything smells like smoke. The room was 90 bucks so I was not expecting much but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front door is locked you have to biz the door to get to the front desk.

Hair dryer was nowhere to be found (but holder was still on the wall.) When checking in to my room, I found raisins on the desk chair (which had badly torn seat.) If it wasn't so late, I would have let left. Front desk staff were NOT available during stated hours. A neighbor in a nearby room locked himself out of his room accidentally and we both tried calling for assistance, to no avail. (At that point I REALLY wish I had left!)
