Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the hotel’s beachfront location. The room was spacious, and having breakfast included was a great benefit. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The cleanliness could have been better, the bed linens were old and had a tear, and the shower barely produced enough water because many of the shower head nozzles appeared to be clogged. I didn’t report these issues during our stay because we had just arrived after a very long trip and didn’t want the inconvenience of changing rooms. I did, however, report pink/red stains on the desk and nightstand as soon as we arrived, simply to avoid any misunderstanding or additional charges. The staff acknowledged my report. Overall, the hotel has a great location, but I believe more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping would significantly improve the guest experience.
