Excelente. Gostei de tudo. Não tinha visto que tinha estrada para acesso a cadeirantes ou idosos. Lógico que para os cadeirantes tem uma dificuldade a mais, por causa dos morrinhos ou do mato, mas consegue ter acesso ao ambiente. Fora isso, é sossegado, um retiro para o mato. Muito gostoso e tranquilo. As piscinas é temperatura ambiente. Não são aquecidas como se imagina.

Local excelente para descansar....fomos numa segunda e terça feira..... Estava vazio só nós e outra casal ..... Mesmo assim as refeições foram ótimas.... Decepção com 90% do hotel

Na chegada me.assustei por nao ter ninguem, o quarto ate q nao era tao ruim. Mas o colchão e travesseiros péssimos, quando descemos para jantar, poucas opcoes de comida, e realmente so estavamos nós.. No sabado pela manha, descemos para tomar cafe, muito fraco tbm, suco, iogurte bem ruim, e bolo seco.. No almoco pedimos suco de lata, e eles nao tinha nenhum. Veio um suco de polpa de uva bem ruim tbm Salao de jogos bem fraco, a brinquedoteca acabada, o chão de EVA todo estragado, o brinquedo inflavel fica vazio, e enche quando pedimos, e estava furado. O hotel em si, tinha tudo pra ser excelente, mas esta muito acabado, falta de cuidado. Pouquissimos funcionarios, tem funcionario q tem q fazer varias coisas, a melhor parte eu a recreacao, nao que tivesse mta coisa pra fazer, mas os 2 recreadores eram mto bonzinhos. Entao foi oq ajudou o fds. Quadra de tenis sem rede. Campo de futebol parecia um brejo, e colocavam os cavalos la, pura lama e agua. Ainda bem q chegaram poucos hospedes, no maximo 18 pessoas no fds contando com agente Pq senao o hotel nao daria conta. Infelismente precario a situacao do hotel, mas com uma boa administração e um bom investimento, poderia ser um dos melhores .uma das unicas coisas q eram boas, era a piscina climatizada, estava em uma temperatura boa e a de fora estava gelada, mas parecia mto limpa e bonita. Finalizando Hotem precisa de uma enorme reforma... As fotos do site, nao condiz com o lugar.. Acabei nao tirando foto das coisas ruins

Já eh a segunda vez que vou , mas alguns pontos precisa melhorar , dia de semana vc tem que ficar mandando Whats app implorando para que venha alguém vender bebida no bar , porém não posso levar a minha , quarto tem muitos bichos e nenhum sbp, Tv só Globo , de resto está bom , atendimento eh bom por alguns funcionários outros não .

Gostamos, merece uma repaginada nas acomodações

O local é maravilhoso, no meio da natureza, um paraíso. O restaurante espaçoso com um serviço muito bom e variado com um tempero caseiro excelente. O ponto negativo são as acomodações apenas. Mobiliario antigo, com cheiro de mofo nas cobertas. O frigobar fica equilibrado em cima de um banquinho de madeira. Piscinas são boas, vale ressaltar que aos finais de semana o espaço é aberto para excursão de day use e pode ficar difícil aproveitar dos espaços comuns

Um lugar razoável

A estadia foi razoável, o café da manhã, almoço e jantar muito bom, mas não gostei dos talheres e pratos porque tudo descartável, o lugar muito mal cuidado, as cadeiras das piscinas e espreguiçadeiras faltando manutenção. Ficamos um pouco decepcionados, pois nas fotos do site hoteis.com não condiz com oque encontramos no local.
