If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this villa.

Minha experiência no hostel foi muito boa. O ambiente é seguro, silencioso e os vidros realmente ajudam a bloquear o som externo, tornando a estadia muito confortável. A localização é excelente, com várias opções por perto, o que facilita bastante o dia a dia. A cozinha também é um ponto forte: o fogão elétrico de duas bocas resolveu super bem e quebrou um galho enorme. As panelas eram novas, antiaderentes da Oster, de ótima qualidade, e os eletrodomésticos no geral são muito bons. Tinha bastante copos, pratos, talheres e utensílios, o que facilitou muito a rotina. Outro diferencial foi a parte de limpeza: havia vassoura, rodo, pazinha e até pano de chão disponível, algo que nem todo lugar oferece e que ajuda muito a manter o ambiente organizado. Ao chegar, havia um pouco de mofo no banheiro, mas foi algo fácil de resolver com uma limpeza simples, sem impactar minha experiência. A devolução do caução foi rápida e sem complicações. Como ponto de atenção, apenas verificar a questão do ferro de passar, que era 220V enquanto as tomadas eram 110V. No geral, não tenho do que reclamar. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza — recomendo!

Adorei a estadia, porteiros super dedicados e educados, ambiente limpo e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Ambiente agradável e aconchegantes, áreas externas excelentes tmb. Única pontuação para melhoria do imóvel que eu sugiro é deixar os panos de chão mais limpos, o que veio no meu quarto estava com algumas manchas como se não houvesse sido limpo e a outra sugestão seria colocar acima do cooktop um depurador de ar pois ao utilizar o fogão fica toda a fumaça no ap, dificil de sair pois só há a saída de ar pela janela da frente, e também fica um cheiro forte de fumaça após o uso.

Localização boa, acomodação boa, prédio bom. Porém, a cama para estadias longas é bem ruim, colchão de má qualidade que afunda no meio, o aquecedor tem uma tomada muito grande que não serve em nenhuma do STUDIO, então passamos frio porque o cobertor é fino para o frio. Tem uma guarita de seguranças em frente o ap 1004A que eles conversam muito alto durante a noite. Achei que por eu já ter ido tanto a São Pauloe ficado em ótimos lugares pelo mesmo valor, esse foi bem razoável e eu não voltaria. Há muito o que melhorar, ainda mais por toda burocracia para reservar. Imaginei que fosse muito melhor.
