Fantastic place to visit Mauritsius. Located in a lovely bay, the resort offers you variety of activities to do and a wide selection of food for any taste! Beautiful resort with an amazing staff! We stayed in room 1200 for 8 days and I can say we had one of the best experience This resort offers you everything you need-high style dining in restaurants, beautiful beach with so many water activities, very good entertainment staff, beautiful landscape, friendly people everywhere ( front desk and beach bar especially) Thank you for making our staying there memorable and we will definitely return to this place!

Concernant l'emplacement l'hĂŽtel est pas loin de port louis et des belles plages du nord mais plutot loin des autres activitĂ©s (tel que : tamarin falls, chamarel, bois cheri ...), Lhotel propose de nombreuses activitĂ© gratuites, renseignez vous avant de faire votre propre programme 😉 Je recommande fortement cet hotel ! Overall hood stay, room was upgraded which was fantastic with a private beach. Hotel rooms and bathroom is in need of a refurbishment. Buffet Food overall was not that good, the best service and food we had was at the kot nou. The staff at the bistro require customer service training and be trained to greet and smile.

The staff really make this place, the bar, boathouse and activities staff in particular. It has a relaxed and charming atmosphere, rather than a sanitised 5star. Our kids (11,9 & 5yrs) didn’t go in kids club but the staff played table tennis, drafts and chess with them around the beach allowing us to relax. The Sunset on the beach at night is breath taking.

This is a lovely hotel. The reception area is really impressive when entering the hotel. We stopped in an Executive Beachfront room which was huge. All the restaurants were good, none of the evening ones covered by the all inclusive were exceptional, but they were all good. We did use Lime, the Sushi restaurant, at lunchtime which was superb. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien et passer des vacances de rĂȘves. Les chambres avec un enfant son spacieuses et confortables, tout est adaptĂ© pour un enfant le buffet les piscines la plage 
 l’accĂšs au kidsclub mĂȘme en dessous de l’ñge autorisĂ© accompagnĂ© des parents est super ! La localisation est parfaite. Nous y reviendrons sans hĂ©siter. Encore merci Ă  toute l’équipe de l’hĂŽtel grĂące Ă  qui on a passĂ© des vacances inoubliables.

Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. Food was good and plenty of options. Yes there are a few - maybe 3 stray dogs on the beach but they do not bother you and the staff look after them and feed them. Well worth a stay and would go back again! Fabulous sunsets as well.

Equipement bain et douche viellot et gel douche non rempli regulierement. Douchette cassée et non réparée malgré ma demande. Repas au buffet tres répétitif et manque de saveurs; parfois odeurs de cafard dans les plats. Dessert sans saveur. Petit-déjeuner simple et peu varié. Présence de nombreux animaux errants dans l'hÎtel et restaurant ( chiens et chatS) Meilleur repas dans les autres restaurants proposés en demi-pension. Ben hÎtel, tres belle et spacieuse piscine. Les enfants s'amusent beaucoup. Animation du soir sympa et variée. Service au bar tres bien, personnel souriant et a l'écoute. Goûter de l'aprÚs-midi excellent.

Nice stay

Just returned from 10 days at the Ravenala Attitude, wonderful young and friendly staff, easily got sunbeds and reservations for the many restaurants. Basic evening entertainment, small group, dj or sega dancers. Spotlessly clean all round and the restaurant meals were mostly good, drinks were not premium unfortunately so took a while to find the decent ones. I got the impression the hotel was not full but I may be wrong about that. All in all had a good time and would consider staying at the Ravenala again.
