Old hotel, carpet in the hallways were very dirty. No elevator. In our first room the bathroom wasn't cleaned and there was a light flickering in the room. Went to the front desk and told the front desk who was ver apologetic and changed our room. The 2nd room was alittle better. The beds were on metal frames and the room was dusty. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were all empty. The mini fridge made noise on and off all night. The breakfast was ok. No fitness center or hot tub.

Understaffed- no nighttime maintenance, felt sorry for the girl at the front desk in a full hotel who was doing her best to manage that plus toilets that weren’t working, etc. Also, the breakfast is awful. I’ve been staying at this hotel for a decade, and it’s never been like this. In the future when we need to come to Grayson, I will be looking at Ashland or Huntington for not only cheaper rates that other groups I knew were talking about, but better quality.
