There was no staff available on site and the communication sucked,I received the code after the check in time.The room smelt of smoke and the bathroom shower curtain was mildrew but stocked with shower gel. The bedroom itself was good though.The tv was working. Most of my days were spent outside so I guess I’ll do it again but with the changes. thank you

Very basic and in need of refurbishment. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was clean with drink making facility but nowhere for clothes to go. Certainly not luxury but functional for one night. Good wine bar very near and a couple of restaurants.

The room was in the basement and was very dirty. There were mattresses left around the property, and the fire evacuation plan was clearly outdated. The booking advertised queen size beds, but they were only small double beds. One single duvet had a double duvet cover on it. The toilet was extremely small, and I kept banging my head on the low ceiling. Breakfast was also advertised as included, but the hotel later confirmed they do not provide breakfast at all. Overall, the room was not as advertised and the cleanliness was very poor.

Location was decent. Good distance to Underground and airport. The room wasn’t at all like shown on the pictures for 3 people. It was way smaller. We could barely open the window to get in same air, as the room was hotter than the temp outside. The beds were mid at best. When we got there there was only a small roll of toilet paper and no staff to ask for more. Good for one of two nights but not an entire week.

The room was low cost, but you can see why, it needs some maintenance. I knew this in advance as I have stated before, but have been ok with the trade off. My issue this time is that there were bed bugs in the room. I have come away covered in bites and could see tell tale black spots on the bed sheets this morning. I am now having to ensure that I don’t take any home.

Avoid at all costs, the room smelt of sewage literally. It looked nothing like the pictures. I had to leave early as I was worried I'd smell for my meetings due to the room odor. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the ownership tried lying in order to not give a refund. Luckily I had everything in writing.

Awful. GDPR breached at check in. Waited 40 mins to check in. Room was so dirty we didn’t end up staying and booked somewhere else. Requested a full refund. Still waiting on the hotels response on that front. Expedia have not been helpful whatsoever regarding any of this matter.

Great price for a nice room, bed was comfortable, it was close to the grocery shop, close to the Hammersmith night life, the bus stopped very close and took your straight to the underground station that had everything you could want.

Be fully informed that this is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff member there. You need a code to get into the hotel and the room, but they won't give it to you right away and they were slow to respond to my inquiry, and it is not clear how to talk to them, since the company name is different from the hotel name. You need to send a photo of your ID and pay a 100 pound safety deposit above the cost of the hotel to receive your codes. There are two buildings, 43 and 45, so you need to be sure you're in the right building. There is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and there is no air conditioning so it was blazing hot. It didn't look like the carpet had been vacuumed in quite some time. The rooms are slightly larger than a closet. It was, let's say, an ordeal.
