While the hotel itself was decent, our experience was unfortunately marred by poor customer service and a complete lack of flexibility.
We initially booked two people for four nights each, and later needed to reduce the original booking by one night. At the same time, we added a new booking for another employee for a couple of nights. We were well within the period where changes should have been allowed, but since we booked through Hotels.com, we needed the hotel’s cooperation.
Instead of simply adjusting our original booking, the hotel insisted that we cancel the new booking entirely rather than adjusting the first one. This made no sense, as the hotel would have earned the same amount either way, and it left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as customers.
The manager initially promised to resolve the issue, but later went back on that promise, citing their policy. Overall, the hotel showed zero customer focus and flexibility, and we left with a very negative impression. We cannot recommend this hotel to others.
