Room was excellent. Beautifully clean and well furnished. Hotel itself is really nice and the staff were excellent. We received a lovely welcome upon our arrival. Only very minor issue that we had was with the pillows, which are so soft that they offered no support (just check for yourself and ask for more if you need them! 😉)

Would recommend this place for solo travellers. It felt very safe and I loved the peace and quiet I had in my room. The location was also great. I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to go to, which were usually 25-30 minutes away and I didn't mind the walk when the weather was so lovely. If not, St.Paul's station was just a couple of minutes away. The only thing I struggled with was the air con, but a quick Google, helped me figure out how to turn it off, which was super simple. I was also really grateful that the hotel kept my luggage after an early checkout, so I could continue exploring the city without having to drag it around. Overall, I'd definitely book here again.
