The pictures look nothing like the property. We checked out immediately at seeing the location and room. The staff said they would process the refund when we were there in person but then was completely unresponsive when the refund never showed up. When hotels.com/expedia tried to contact them they either lied and said we stayed the whole time or wouldn't answer their phone. This location is listed as a Motel 6 but the sign has been changed to something else as well. Motel 6 couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. Eventually hotels.com gave us the refund on good faith but I hope they follow up and get the money from the hotel. This property should not be allowed to be a part of a reputable website.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I saw prostitutes and a drug dealer hanging out in front of the hotel selling their wares. Check in was easy. I asked for a few extra towels and the attendant brought them to my room. The room was ok. It needs to be cleaned better. There was a dirty, used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The toilet had hair, piss and dirt all around the base of it. The floors were sticky and there were dirty hand prints on the walls. Some lamps didn’t have bulbs. The sheets had dirt in them. The shower was extremely hard to turn on and off because the faucet handle was broken. All night long we heard people screaming, arguing and stomping. There are a lot of nefarious activities going on at this place all hours of the day and night. I didn’t feel safe being there alone. I will never stay at this hotel again.

i didn't like the neighbors were smoking and it was going into my room i ask if i can have a lower floor do to leg problems they told me they couldn't supposedly there were booked which i didn't believe also breakfast was horrible never staying there again

Like: ... Didn't Like: The check-in started with dirty floor because they gave me the wrong room, the internet was so bad, the Breakfast was limited and the items disappeared during the stay, i asked for Room service 3 times, only 1 time they arrive, 3 days before the end of my stay, they informed me that the police took over the property and i have to check-out without other explanation, i was going to Disney on that day, and there was no time to pack and go to any other hotel, they mention refunding, but since i booked a package including the Flight & Car and i wont get anything, after spending time arguing, they accept to shift my stay to another hotel under the same management, still lost couple of stuff of my items and almost half day of the Disney visit, on of the things i lost as well, a package suppose to reach to the facility but since i was forced out they didn't accept it, and till date trying to get the refund.

The stay was fine, no breakfast is offered as said on the site, didn't see any bugs, no issues with the water not being hot like others have said.

Very disappointed

Upon my arrival at the hotel I was told the hotel was closed and they had to move us to another one. Luckily, the hotel we were put in was at downtown Orlando. But I had one package from Amazon asked to be delivered at the hotel, and an email which confirmed it was delivered and signed by front desk, however, my package was not there and nobody could help me find. Apparently the staff which received my package was not working there anymore. Butter line, I lost the package and could not ask for a refund because it was delivered and signed. I had to be without my purchased nor other compensation. I’m very disappointed and frustrated Milene
