The perfect place from which to explore Cologne with your dog. Very comfortable and warm room. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. Receptionist Ismena and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff also was good. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back.

Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Great Hôtel but ruined by lack of air conditioning

Lovely location, lovely staff, lovely condition, very modern and clean but 26 degrees in the room and impossible to sleep. So I cannot advise staying here, it is so uncomfortable and so unnecessary. It’s so unfortunate that the Hôtel chooses to not allow guests to set their own temperature. For someone like me who has a heart condition, I find it really bad for my health as I could only get a couple of hours sleep. It’s just seriously unhealthy. And the owners and management should be ashamed. When everything else is so good this is really just a big big mistake.

Excellent location. From the Neumarkt station of U-Bahn, take the exit for Hohe Str. As soon as you exit the U-Bahn station, the hotel is literally 10 seconds away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They came across as cheerful and polite. There are dozens of restaurants within short walking distances. The hotel is in the middle of a busy shopping district and hence there are several store options within short walking distances. The hotel itself looked nice. The room was a bit on the smaller side (compared to US hotels) but that's the norm for most European hotels. Overall, would stay there again.
