房間乾淨寬敞，早餐挺不錯的了，有水果麵包，夠吃飽，附近就有超市補貨方便，整體是大推的，唯一缺點是鄰近高速公路，車輛聲音免不了，久了也習慣了，或帶耳塞解決吧！！

The room was clean and had the bare necessities. The staff was courteous. If you are looking for a quick stay that is close to downtown and want free parking this is the place to stay. 20 minute walk to downtown is pretty nice. Only thing was that free breakfast is advertised and that is not true. They have coffee and hot water for tea..but it is not set up until 7am. Or at least when I checked out at 6am the coffee was not set up. I would recommend to a friend with no kids. Good place to stay.

Upon arrival we didn't know where to stop to check in. It's situated on a busy street in downtown Los Angeles so cars are constantly driving along this street. The free parking is nice but we didn't know that we could have temporarily parked in the drive way while we checked in. There's no signs to help people do this so we ended up parking in valet. Thankfully the valet was nice and allowed us to sit there without paying. The next thing was the office was closed so that caused a bit of a panic. I had absolutely no cell service on that whole block so I couldn't call the office to let them know we were there. After about 5-10 minutes the front desk clerk showed up and it seemed like they were the only staff so it made sense why they had to close up the office. Check in at that point was simple and staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was your typical 2 star type room with decent beds and a decent bathroom. The room had a smell but it was not terrible. The noise from the freeway is audible but not super loud but if you're a sensitive sleeper bring earplugs. The shampoo in the bathroom says conditioning but it was very drying so bring conditioner. The walls and other areas definitely need to be reconditioned. The free tea and coffee was less than gas station quality and the small cafe area was very dead and dirty. Besides the great staff the only other great thing was having free parking and it was gated.

Parking is amazing the crew they got is amazing what more can I say I had a desk to work on and a place outside to work on as well very private very clean I mean I just don't know or have the words to say my wife loves it so I do too they have coffee and extras in the kitchen and like I said all the people there are very nice hard working people that respect the client and their job super cool. I stay at the Ritz , Hilton and Omni hotels idk why but I rather stay here for the privacy and good rest and people
