We had two beds. One was comfortable but the other bed was hard as a rock.

The rooms were simple but clean. Breakfast was listed, but not offered besides coffee. Bananas were offered instead.

The door to the room opened to outside. The 1.5" gap under the door did wonders for keeping the cold and snow out. I had to roll towels and stuff them in the gap to stay warm. The issue is that the seal strips were installed too high and noone has corrected the issue. Other than the door, everything was ok.

Room was relatively "clean" but the heat was difficult to figure out, there were no drinking cups, and no shampoo or conditioner. The biggest complaint was the road noise! You get what you pay for....

Thank you for upgrading me. The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. If I have to stay in a hotel when visiting family again, I will definitely stay at Royal.

Rooms are in poor condition and completely outdated. Room had a 1 inch gap from door to the floor, so cold air was blowing in, had to use a blanket to cover it. And the heater didn't work! Hole in the carpet the size of a sand dollar. No shampoo. Shower and bathroom need updated. Super loud hotel. you hear everything in the room next to you and anytime anyone walks around outside.
