Le ménage n'a pas été fait dans la chambre. Le réceptionniste a été fort désagréable quand je le lui ai signalé. Il n'a pas daigné me recevoir au comptoir de la réception faisant fi de travailler sur son ordinateur. Puis, il s'est montré plus mécontent que moi qui ai payé pour un service, me faisant du chantage : "comme vous êtes mécontente, j'aurais pu vous offrir le petit-déjeuner en dédommagement mais je ne le ferai pas". Aucun mot d'excuses. Le lendemain, le propriétaire s'est montré plus professionnel lors d'un échange apaisé.
