Being a usual customer of Hampton Inn, we are used to the usual buffet breakfast. However, at Keokuk, they have an amazing breakfast attendant by the name of Sarah. She was so friendly, kept everything clean and spotless, went around and visited with the guests, picked up our dirty dishes before we could even leave our seat. The evening we arrived, we asked directions to our next day's activities. She was there in the lobby and gave us some directions. The next morning, she remembered where we were traveling and suggested a few additional sites we might enjoy. The second morning, she remembered to inquire how our day had gone and how we enjoyed things. She was amazing! I wish Hampton Inn could import her energy, enthusiasm, and work ethic to every Hampton Inn around the country.

Did not have breakfast. Parking was fine. Did NOT like the loud music blaring at us at the front entrance. Made it difficult to talk with people who picked us up and dropped later dropped us off. Did not like the same loud music inside the front entrance. When you do not know your customers' music preferences, no music would be better.

The staff was friendly and informative, during a winter storm they were genuinely concerned that we would be travelling and wished us well. The breakfast was great! Something for each member of a family of 5. It will become our "go to" for stops in the area for sure.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Area very clean. Lots of options for breakfast. Biscuts gravy, sausage, waffles, pasteries and much more. Pool area was clean and fun. Lots of towels. Cute hot cocoa bar. Always fresh hot coffee. The staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. We stayed here to visit family. Definitely will stay here again.
