The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The only thing we noticed was the floor transition between the bedroom and bathroom had nails sticking up that we had to be cautious about avoiding.

This hotel was well located. It is an easy walk to the Saenger Theatere and the French Quarter. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us The courtyard was a relaxing place to sit and the off road parking was secure and easy to access. We would stay here again.

Upon arrival our room was clearly not cleaned. The bed was made with dirty sheets and floor was clearly not vacuumed in a while. As well as nothing else being wiped down. The manager was great but said she would refund the room for a night and the refund did not come through to hotels.com. The location was decent, but rundown. If cleaned up I would possibly stay again but not in the state it is currently.

We loved our stay!!! The room was charming and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and the hosts were very kind and helpful. There was coffee in the hall, Parking was available and there was a lovely yard with tables and umbrellas. We would definable recommend it.

this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in New Orleans. I arrive for a check-in and was told that my room reservation was canceled. I asked why and they said it was because my card had been declined. That was impossible because I booked two months ago and had the room on hold on my card and came in to pay the remainder at check-in.. When I asked why I was not notified of this beforehand, they could not give me a reason. They offered to send me to their other hotel a mile out of the area we wanted to stay in. The location was awful, and the grounds were dirty. I do not understand how this hotel is still in operation. It is certainly not a hotel but a motel. And I run down one at that. I would give zero stars. Do not recommend this location. Spend the extra money and stay in a nicer place with more professional service.

Localização e atendimento excelentes - foram os fatores mais relevantes. Facil deslocamento a pé e pelo transporte publico. Estacionamento disponível no local, mas pago a parte ($25/dia) e trancado a noite com portão. Pouco barulho externo, mas perceptível. Limpeza um pouco aquém da propriedade como um todo, exceto o quarto que estava em boas condições. Otima cama. Sem café da manha.

Right in the French Quarter, walking distance to all the fun... well you can stumble. The place has great character and the staff was nice. It's a room, and was clean. Not fancy by any means, but worked great for my needs.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff, location and room was really nice. Very convinient location.The french quarter with bars and restaurants is a short walk from the hotel. Teisha was awesome and we already miss her!
