The hotel itself is quite ok and convenient. But the front desk service requires the improvement. We checked in around 3pm, and they say the room still require waiting. After waiting for some time and shows Marriott membership and then the room is ready, but the service lady with the poker face which is not really not pleasant experience at all.
After check in we found the room is not clean, with the dirty socks and chocolate left from prior guest. That is quite disgusting!

Good Hotel. Except I had to leave one day earlier and because I had overlooked that my booking could not be changed, I had to pay three days although I only stayed for two.
Choix de l’hôtel pour son emplacement (proche des arrêts métro et tram de Flora), nous n’avons pas été déçus de par l’excellente condition des chambres et de l’établissement en général. Le restaurant est top, avec un menu spécial Réveillon du Nouvel An. Un parking quoique un peu onéreux, mais nous ne pouvons pas tout avoir…
