Equipe da recepção muito atenciosa, enfim, todos os funcionários muito bem treinados e agradáveis em atendimento aos hóspedes. Muitas atividades para crianças e adolescentes, com equipes especializados acompanhando as atividades. A comida muito boa, farta e variada a cada refeição, com bebidas, sucos, cervejas inclusas. Tem serviços de transporte para visitar alguns parques e outlet próximos que achei ótimo, aproveitamos! Realmente gostamos muito e voltaremos em breve!

A acústica do quarto é muito ruim , ouve até as conversas do outro quarto . Fui pedir um saca rolhas pra abrir um vinho no quarto e uma funcionária do restaurante foi super grosseira , sorte que tinha uma moça que fica no bar ao lado do balcão de check-in que foi super gentil então compensou .

Tenho pontos negativos : 1º a piscinas muito geladas poderiam ter sistema de aquecimento dizem q é climatizada mas o o climatizada é pelo sol ! Péssimo ! Incrível!!! A criançada adora os monitores que são muito animados e os pais descansam muito em um lugar de tranquilidade e muita diversão!!! Top e super recomendo pois já é a terceira vez que retornamos a esse lugar maravilhoso. O complexo de piscinas é imenso e delicioso. Monitores : tio Picachu, tia Cirila, Silvio Santos e todos os monitores são demais, para os adolescente tinha até ônibus balada muito divertido.

Programação de lazer bem estruturada. Show de hipnose cômica muito divertido. Estacionamento poderia ter alguma cobertura, porque nos dias que ficamos, o sol estava intenso e o carro estava fervendo quando pegamos para ir embora. O hotel não tinha praticamente nada de atividade para crianças e nem adultos. Poucas opções no almoço e jantar. Café da manhã é a única refeição com variedade. Imagens de brinquedoteca não condiz com a atual, informaram q a foto é de uma brinquedoteca q não existe mais. O parque aquático com várias áreas do toboágua interditado pq estavam soltando a fibra. Tudo precisando de manutenção. Os amenities do banheiro não são natura Ekos como mostra nas fotos, banheiros precisam de reforma, aliás pelo jeito várias fotos estão desatualizadas. Até minha sobrinha de 6 anos que já está acostumada com outros hotéis, notou o qto o Cyan deixa a desejar.

Quarto bom com duas camas de casal, o atendimento em geral dos funcionários é muito bom. Achamos que o horário de fechamento da piscina muito cedo (20 hs), a piscina aquecida coberta poderia fechar mais tarde, pelo menos 21 hs. Os canais da TV não estavam funcionando durante toda a nossa estadia. Reservamos 3 quartos e em nenhum dele estava funcionando. Chamamos a manutenção mas não conseguiram resolver, de qualquer forma esse ponto não prejudicou a nossa estadia no hotel.
