Such a lovely surprise to find high end bedding, towels and toiletries in this sweet, unassuming motel ! Yes, it's "old" but very well maintained, clean and comfortable. I haven't slept so well when travelling in a very long time, I should have asked about the pillows and mattress so I can sleep that well at home. The owner was also very kind and friendly when I popped in to brew a coffee in the morning. So convenient within walking distance of the entire downtown. We will return anytime we visit Boothbay Harbor !!

The room was very nice small but nice. The beds were like sleeping on a rock, both my wife and I had trouble sleeping because of how hard the mattress was. We never even saw anybody from the office, self check-in and out.

I have stayed in other retro motels that were cute and fun. That is not the case here. This place is clean. Pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is tiny and pretty awful but clean. No amenities in room. With a little more effort could really work as a retro but is missing the mark right now. Office is cute. Rebecca was very helpful when we couldn’t get tv to work. Parking is very convenient.
