The room I reserved did not match the one I was given. I had specifically chosen the bedroom for its decoration, so I was quite disappointed upon entering. The front desk clerk informed me that my selected room was unavailable, and instead, I was assigned a bland, room. Had I known this particular room wouldn’t be available, I would not have booked at all—especially since I paid extra.
Moreover, room #105 was located right next to the front desk, resulting in constant noise from people coming and going throughout the night. The traffic noise from the main road was also unbearable.
The carpet in the bedroom was old and dirty with visible patches glue on and the room had an unpleasant odor. There was visible trash under the bed, and the air conditioner was so loud that it had to be turned off.
The bedding featured labels from a different hotel, The pillows and mattress were hard and uncomfortably and overall, my stay was a complete nightmare. I didn’t sleep at all because I clearly heard a rat making noise and I was terrified. I truly hated it.
