有很好的曼哈頓天際線的景觀，地點很靠近7號線的出口，非常方便通勤，但是列車經過的噪音也蠻大的。房間內備有微波爐，洗碗機，電磁爐以及鍋子、餐具，整體而言是蠻愉快的住宿體驗。

Terrible experience. My stay was prepaid, and I notified the property ahead of time that I would be arriving later than planned, after my flight was rescheduled due to the winter storm in NY. They confirmed the message and told me my room would be held. When I arrived at the property around 7:30pm, I was able to access the room with the code provided, but it had clearly not been cleaned from the previous guests (dirty linens piled on the bed, dishes in the sink, trash and liquor bottles by the door). I called the property and was told someone would come within 5-10 minutes. No one came. I contacted Hotels.com support, and after waiting about 30 minutes, I was told the property was “trying to send someone,” but that the usual person was unavailable. No one ever arrived or followed up. I tried calling the property again, and it seems that they just stopped answering my calls. After waiting over an hour in the hall outside my room with no help or communication, I had to leave to find another hotel. The property never followed up with me, and I am still awaiting a response to my request for a refund - almost two weeks later. I've spent more than 3 hours on chat/phone with Hotels.com and their support has been barely the minimum. Extremely disappointed all around.

I am writing regarding my stay last night and the significant issues I experienced during check-in. Prior to arrival, I was informed that access codes would be shared 24 hours before arrival per your policy. However, a few hours before check-in, I was told that the codes would instead be sent once I arrived. I was approved for early check-in at 3:00 PM (standard check-in being 4:00 PM), and I arrived at approximately 3:15 PM. When I received the access code and entered the room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned and appeared to have just been used by a previous guest. I immediately contacted guest services and was told to wait 30–40 minutes while they reached out to the hotel regarding cleaning. Fortunately, I encountered a staff member in the building who provided us with a different room and new access code. However, the new code did not work for the building entrance or elevator. I was locked outside for approximately 10 minutes attempting to contact guest services before another guest entered the building, allowing me to get inside. Although I arrived at 3:15 PM, I did not successfully access a usable room until approximately 4:30 PM. The entire process was stressful, inconvenient, and disappointing, especially after receiving confirmation of early check-in. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I hope future guests will not encounter similar issues. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously.

First time booking through Hotels.com, totally mismatch according to star rating & rates. Very strange approach, got call 2 days before stay that "can you do payment right now during this call" even choose payment at hotel. Communication after that was poor (no desk at "hotel". Tried to get heating on since room was freezing cold. No answer. Tried to get wifi password, no answer. Also the building must be badly molded smell was strange and strong

Room was great, nice view of Manhattan. Right next to the train station is great for ease of travel on MTA but the downside is the noise. Train noise not a huge deal but there is also a bar next door so it does get loud with people. But I'm also 50 so aif I was younger it would t be as annoyingly

After one night at this property, I received an email (as did many) that Sonder was no longer able to honor reservations and we had to vacate by 9am the following day, with zero solutions offered for rebooking or refunds or anything. Hotels.com customer service went to great lengths to help me and in the end the best solution was a refund. The refund processed quickly and I was able to rebook my stay at a far more reputable hotel. Knowing the hotel business- asking us to pack up and be gone by 9am, and nearly all hotels require check-in closer to 3pm meant we would have to wander with luggage for hours. An employee was banging down our door at 9:30am with a “bouncer” to get us out. It was awful, and I believe this terrible company is now defunct. Good riddance!
