Modern mooi hotel in centrum van Bad Kissingen. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed personeel, mooie kamers. Enige minpunt is dat het op de kamer erg warm blijft, ondanks radiator uit en ramen deels open. Ook parkeren onder hotel was beschikbaar.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Die Bar ist ein richtiger hingucker. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein, man wird dann in die Bar gesetzt, was ok ist. Buffet musste ich morgens darum bitten das nochmals aufgefüllt wird, was freundlich auch erledigt wird. Das Badezimmer ist leider zu klein und das obwohl wir das mittelgroße Zimmer wählten. Die Bar schließt Abends 23 Uhr, aber nach 0.30 Uhr immernoch laute Gäste auf der Terasse, die auch immer noch Getränke ordern können und wir leider nicht schlafen konnten hierdurch. Hier könnte man die Gäste ja vielleicht bitte, ihren Platz nach innen zuverlagern.

Gut bis auf den Lärm der Gebäude-Lüftungsanlage

Es war alles prima bis auf den Lärm der Gebäude-Klima,- und Lüftungsanlage die genau unter unserem Fenster lag. Es war somit kaum möglich die Fenster nachts zu öffnen, besonders ärgerlich da an dem Tag hohe Temperaturen herrschten. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich da nur zwei Zimmer für Übernachtung mit Hunden verfügbar waren.
