Nice hotel, but ask for a room facing the backyard

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, no problems with cleanness, conveniently located, overall a good experience. There were 2 small problems though: i) pillows were uncomfortable (2 huge ones and 1 tiny; they gave me another one after I asked but it was still something strange, not a regular one); ii) my room faced the street and I could hear almost every car passing by, it was annoying early in the morning, though to tell the truth it wasn't a busy street.

Der Service und Barmann in der Lounge sind perfekt

Positiv: das Servicepersonal an der Bar war sehr freundlich und die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Negativ: kein Wasser auf Zimmer oder an der Rezeption. Keine Bademantel und Hausschuhe.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Die Bar ist ein richtiger hingucker. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein, man wird dann in die Bar gesetzt, was ok ist. Buffet musste ich morgens darum bitten das nochmals aufgefüllt wird, was freundlich auch erledigt wird. Das Badezimmer ist leider zu klein und das obwohl wir das mittelgroße Zimmer wählten. Die Bar schließt Abends 23 Uhr, aber nach 0.30 Uhr immernoch laute Gäste auf der Terasse, die auch immer noch Getränke ordern können und wir leider nicht schlafen konnten hierdurch. Hier könnte man die Gäste ja vielleicht bitte, ihren Platz nach innen zuverlagern.

Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes Hotel

Das Haus hat mir einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in Bad Kissingen ermöglicht. Offensichtlich wurden vor nicht allzu langer Zeit umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten im Inneren des Hauses durchgeführt, welche insgesamt einen sehr positiven Eindruck vermitteln. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr gepflegt, der Komfort war gut. Überrascht hat mich der recht schöne Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit würde ich in allen Bereichen des Hotels als makellos bezeichnen, das ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auch sehr gefallen hat mir die freundliche Art der Mitarbeitenden, die professionell und dennoch etwas familiär auf die Gäste zugingen, was zum Charakter des Hotels sehr gut passt. Ein kompaktes aber hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet war inkludiert, hier habe ich nichts vermisst. Der Frühstücksraum war ebenso gepflegt. Einzig und allein die Eingangssituation des Hotels fällt ein wenig aus dem Rahmen und wirkt im Vergleich zu allen genannten, sehr positiven Aspekten, nur begrenzt einladend. Vielleicht ergeben sich hier mittelfristig noch Möglichkeiten zur freundlicheren Gestaltung und Sanierung. Bis zum nächsten Aufenthalt, liebes Hotelteam!
